One thing that could be having an impact is possible sanctions on the governmet if a rebel faction is not pulled out of the area by 30 June. They had been given a deadline of the 26th or sanctions would been imposed limiting the sales of diamonds and minerals. The head rebel sent word that they would be moved out by the 30th so no sanctions have been imposed. Found the article Friday under Africa news agency. Sounded like it will be resolved, but could make some people nerveous. Sapper
