Why do you see a profit? Which operations have revenues? It seems the shopping center is the only major operating entity but that deal isn't even done yet is it? Until the interest rate on the borrowed money is known it is difficult to know if that will show a profit. Real estate often operates at a loss with the attractiveness being cash flow and eventual sale at a higher price.

I have pretty much read all of the postings for the past three or four months. Can't remember everything I have read. Most of the postings are pretty devoid of information.

You didn't disagree with my conclusion that the float isn't impacted by the cancellation of restricted or escrowed shares. Isn't it a strange practice to issue restricted shares prior to the achievement of whatever it is justifies the issuance of these shares? I thought the normal way of dealing with that was to escrow the shares. If the conditions are not met, the shares don't get issued. But either way it is good to get the share count down, but it doesn't IMO immediately impact the trading activity in any way.

If MFN passes, the climate for investments in China will improve dramatically.
