Loki, you're Finnish aren't you. (At least, that is a Finnish name.) Sorry, but the Scandinavian languages are a lot worse. Listen to High Dutch - there is certainly a difference between the different regions, and, politically incorrect though it may be, often between the classes as well. Incidentally, English is always an option, as the Dutch are generally recognized to be the most fluent non-native English speakers in Europe.
