Yes Jim "self evident" , and IBM's "$90 bears" are therefore wrong Like the pros say "don't fight the tape" . Substituting LVG for the "tape" does beat digging ditches , so I'll sell my shares to IBM in five (5) years if IBM needs them >gg< to fulfill LVG's last option . I agree with your conclusions , and they apply to all stocks . If I owned MSFT and knew Gates sold five (5) million shares I would also sell . My credo is don't ever admit to being a widow or orphan , or else you will really find out what "investing in America" is all about . Regards, Jim K.
