Has anyone tried Brainmaker? Their genetic version is only $999, above the temporary price on Profit/NGO but below the price for Neurostock, and they claim to be the world's largest, and also to be up to 10 times faster than their competitors to train and run, as well as very easy to use. They also claim to have some interesting internal connections such as wave analysis, etc, but only use backpropagation algorithms. (I think I got this right, I am new to this stuff.)
