Seriously though, the police arrest a lot of drunk drivers.That is a good thing they are a danger to everyone. I don't, however, agree with with the DUI road block approach to drunk driving enforcement. This involves stopping everyone to check if they have been drinking. We should be very careful about allowing the police to stop people without probable cause or at least reasonable suspicion. Stopping everyone in the name of public safety, puts a foot in the door of much more governmental control then is healthy in a free society.
