Sure Savant, I'll be glad to help with the booze in your cafe ole. I do have to question your taste, though -- cafe ole and Coors doesn't sound too good to me. Oh well, each to his own.
If it were me, it ain't, but if it were, I'd just tell Oz to trot down to the corner store and get some brandy for the cafe ole.
As for the other allegations, I really dunno. While there may be grounds for a suit, I have two concerns: a) the alleged tort is of limited severety, and may therefore have limited punative damages, and, b) the way things are going, it looks like I may own this cheezy place pretty soon, and I don't want my profits, slim as they are, to go into legal fees.
Let me ask Gypsy to get a better feel for your proposal.
