Please enlighten the rest of the thread as to HOW you know what Mr. Fisher's press release will say? Another news release huh... thanks Dusty .. I appreciate that. But apparently you do. Wonder why he has told me he was coming back and on several occassions and has not showed up yet. Why is this man being tried and convicted by you and others without the opportunity to speak for himself? He confessed to issuing himself 180K of A free trading of which he was selling into the market as everyone was buying ... He is going to have to buy them back and his affiliates. Convicted heck he has pleaded guilty if you would read the SEC filings. If he is the CEO Dusty then how could he sell stock? DUH maybe you know how the news release is not a black and white proof of 1.) if he is the CEO then why did he sell free trading stock (admission of guilt) 2. if he is the CEO then some brokers have a serious problem if they sold it for violating SEC rule 144. since he had to no longer be a CEO to sell any MIDL securities. I have not convicted him he has confessed and has to get a good story out ... He has been lying for months so answer me why he has not come back to the US and handle the misappropriation of fund that later turned into embezzlement? WHERE is the countersuit for defamation? If he is the CEO why is he not back he in the US handling this instead of news releases? MAybe you have the answer where all the MIDL money is? MAybe you have a good story for all of us Dusty? BRING IT ON!!!! What do you stand to gain or loose? I have nothing to gain or loose but equity in my account. What do you think I have to gain or loose. I am right here in Atlanta DAn can come after me anytime he wants. ANytime... I am right here. Perhaps, there are shareholders who would like to wait and see what Mr. Fisher has to say, then we will decide for ourselves Decide on what Dusty a crook steals from you admits in the media and then you blieve his story like the others that have called telling me they paid for stock and got nothing.
