Only 74 percent would avoid being shot at? What's wrong with the rest of them? They must be truly psychotic. How many burglars look for occupied homes to ransack? What are good things to steal from homes? Hmmm... something you could sell for quick money, that you would love to go get if you knew the owner were not home? Guns, maybe? New York City doesn't have any "right to carry" laws, yet its crime rate has dropped a lot more than 7% in the past few years.
