Loki, the joke is on you. :-) Though I could try and act as if I were not kidding when I made that 5-0 Denmark prediction, I find myself unable to take the dishonorable route. Of course I was joking! No way anybody saw this coming, except for perhaps the Danish coach and the Laudrup brothers. Interesting though, that the European champions of only six years ago would be so casually overlooked by everyone, myself included. They indeed are streaky. Who knows? Did you all see that result the last, and only, time the Danes and Brazilians met? It was 1989 and the score was 4-0 DENMARK, believe it or not. Perhaps the Brazilians have a problem playing the Scandinavians! It would be nice for Holland, though with Seedorf playing I am on the verge of committing Hara-kiri. I am still steaming. UGH!
Tomorrow and the day after, what games we have in store! Mexico-Germany will be a great one, and you know just about all of us here will be rooting for the Mexicans, the last hope of the Outsiders from Asia, Africa, and North America.
