Perhaps, as a gentleman you would allow him the same courtesy? Dang right in a court room ... Just like with everything else just answer the questions that I pose before you side with a man that has lied since before he came into Midland. How could he be selling Midland shares prior to being in Midland? Come on Dusty you got his side of the story start answering the questions. You want to step in this mud puddle be prepared to get dirty. Even Bender knows better so they get you to support him and you have never been right on anythig the whole time I have talked to you. SO bring out Dan's side ... Let him make releases ... Why wont he come back to the US and do all this you have? Why is he wanting a settlement? Gentleman my royal backside. He sold illegal shares denied his involvement with certain corporations and now come to find out he is in FACT the man that owns them. You cannot change anything but you can try ... Those stop transfers are not going away. I have been accused and threatened by him so let him come after me. I am right here in the good ole US in Atlanta Ga. Hours and 100s of miles from Dallas. He has lied before to do what he did so why should we believe a word he is saying. But you so what you got to do ... I took naps today preparing for the one they could get to come out with it.
