Dusty,
I am very interested in what Mr. Fisher has to say. So interested that I offered to buy him a first class ticket back to the US so he can come back and tell all of us his story, not just a select few who are angry with Gary.

Dusty, you have always had an accute ability to identify the obvious. Could you enlighten us as to why this guy won't come home?
