I agree with you on the fundamentals, Bob. There are too many electronics retailers in this country selling the same stuff. This should put a crimp on margins and only the strongest merchandisers will survive. I like Circuit City's chances better than Best Buy because they have diversified into CarMax and even own a bank. Computer City is owned by Tandy and I don't really like any of their businesses (Radio Shack). CompUSA has tried to differentiate themselves by doing a lot of business over the telephone.

I went shopping over the weekend and noticed that BBY moved one of their San Antonio locations less than one mile up the road to the same shopping center as Circuit City and Computer City. Imagine, three mega electronics retailers in the same shopping center. And can you imagine the expense to move a store that size? I'm not exaggerating...they actually moved less than one mile from the old location! And the old store had only been there about two years. It's really cut-throat out there for these retailers. But aside from the fundamentals, I have to be a little concerned by the technical action in the stock. It does have resistance at 15 3/8, but when you buy options, your timing has to be nearly perfect. We'll see.
