Len,

The commercial version of Neurostock should download data automatically. I personally download it from Reuters using the Equis Downloader. Then I export it to ASCII and start up Neurostock. NS trains for a bit, and then spits out its prediction. This is in a file called batch.log in the NS directory. I then use a utility called SendMail32 (available at tucows.com, in the email client section) to send the batch.log file to my email address.

To do all this I use a utility call Automate, which can be downloaded from winfiles.com in the utilities/automation section. One caveat however, I run a server 24 hours a day (training nets) and it is connected via a fulltime cable modem connection. I tried to do this via dialup a while back but it didn't work consistently.

Give it a shot though...
