I'm all for class action suit if we have evidence of wrong doing. You
are saying a possibility is that there has been misconduct by the VSE
and I am saying that when we hire an attorney he will want evidence to proceed. To extrapolate evidence is where the high cost comes into the picture and the VSE is not going to be easily intimidated by shareholders in any singular company. What you are saying here is that the BCSC is in violation of it's mandate to protect investors. Who do you want to chase first the VSE or the BCSC? Contacting the BCSC is the first step here and demand to know why the VSE is not allowing the company to trade. This needs to be done by written registered letter.
The response from the BCSC is the first piece of evidence that we will have in documented form. A case must be built in this manner for an action to proceed. Telephone conversations need to be recorded either
mechanically or by taking notes of replies and dates of response. This will all take some time. John has a form of mandate from several
concerned investors in that as he has collected a shares list to write on behalf of all of us to start things off stating that we want this company to trade and are not getting satisfactory retort from the VSE.
This then mandate's The BCSC to take action in this regard and they must give response. At this time there is no need to collect funds.
We need to first establish and understand the strength of our position.
