Theoretically, its worse even than that. +15% yields with 40% less sqft leaves you needing under 50% installed square feet.

But, its really just HGA space and labor at issue, and the numbers seem just a tad rich, and HTCH is slow getting to volume anyway. So far it appears that QNTM and IBM are the only significant beneficiaries.
