Jeff he did not sell any shares he just filed like he has to every 90 days now for a good example goto Yahoo stock quotes and click on TSIG insiders then goto Microsofts quote and click on there insiders and you will see the differnce between filing to sell and actual selling of those shares thats why my post earlier even though it seems out of place it is a great example of what a sell and a real sell is..
