Richard: I sure don't mind any one asking questions, That's the purpose of these threads after all, to share information with individual investors.

I do take exception however to calling out the environmental "dogs" before you know the answer as to whether there is a problem, or not. At worst, it lends credence to the "dark forces" conspiracy theory, at best it is self-serving, and irrational. The Dept. of Mines (US, I believe) visits all mines twice yearly after all, according to what I have been told. If there was a problem, you'd think they would have caught it by now.

As to permitting, GPGI does not yet have a furnace permit, which they do not need until they are in production. They do have water and mill permits. Once they have established production and have a consistent process the regulators will measure air quality and issue a permit, or require them to take anti-pollution measures.

Regards to all --

Jeff
