Mr. Frankel, I have appreciated many of your fine posts here on the TSIG thread. They are generally well researched and convey to the reader a considerable degree of experience. Experience that no doubt vastly exceeds mine......I am however disappointed in your last post. In stating that my comments are "are not DD and are pure and simple bashing" is completely unfounded. From your comments it is apparent that you also have not read the S-8 that was filed on 6/25.
and perhaps in absence of the information that it contains your post was uncharacteristically done off the cuff. Shooting from the hip as it were.

Marty, I invite you to read the S-8. After which I would appreciate hearing your thoughtful expressions.
