Good point on the service trend, and one that has become a direct compensation issue for CPQ service staff. Back in 1Q there was a company wide 'meeting' in which this policy was laid out for everybody. As I understand it the service staff gets a potential 20% bonus based on an independent survey of customer satisfaction (which compares the top 5 vendors). If CPQ is #1 they get the whole 20%, if they are 'as good as' the top vendors they get 10%, if they improve they get 5%. That seems like a pretty good incentive to go the extra mile.
