What a bunch of crap. CCSI should press on with there business plan regardless of what Assensio or others may be doing. I am sure you would agree that a viable business would continue to do the everyday work and if there were really a threat from outsiders on the internet or Assensio, then that would be addressed as an aside from a legal effort with some management involvement. Unless Darby is doing all the work herself, I would expect the business (whatever that may be) would carry on as usual. The problem, which has been so graphically pointed out on this thread, is that if there is a plan it has not been carried out by the company with any sense of urgency at all. In fact it begs the question of exactly what the business plan might be. I don't believe and I don't think anyone other than a few euphoric longs believe that CCSI is going anywhere at all. Oh yes, we get a lot of lip service, but now we are told that CCSI is just some R&D company looking for a manufacturer and a marketer to take up their cause. It doesn't look good for the home team.
