It's hard to imagine he would be upset with the INPR strategy. Why would he sell out in the first place. VSGN and his previous effort IFMX haven't been doing that well. And these two back end products seem to be more his Forte (TIC). Perhaps he is doing as a lot of people do. Build up,sell out, and start all over again. I've been through 3 mergers like this myself. Him moving on is far from uncommon.
