I have had several prayers answered directly and positively by the Lord in the last several weeks. I give Him both praise and thanks. My sister-in-law was down, stressed out about her new job selling advertising, talking of leaving our area. I asked God to give her some encouragement through a co-worker, knowing that she could not accept it from my wife and I. The next day a co-worker told her what a fine job she was doing and how difficult it had been for her when she began working there. I went to visit my Dad over the holidays. He remarried after my mom died and this woman he remarried has left every time we've come to visit or got angry with us. I prayed that we might have peace and time together. God brought it about. I had a problem with a co-worker at my office ... I beginning to believe that prayer is the 1st step to every endeavor. We have the promise: If we ask anything according to His will he hears us. His attention to such details in my life and the lives around me has humbled me a lot lately. Praise our GOD for listening even when we don't know what to pray. Barry
