To All, if we join together maybe management will hear a small force of VERY unhappy shareholders. What the hell has this Co. done for share holder value since 93! The chart in the Proxy made me sick to see the performance....I can't believe they had the gall to even publish it...especially the comment about past performance ...what a joke!! $100 since 93 is now worth about $75 compared to $410 on the S& P electronics and $275 on the S&P 500. I'd like to encourage all shareholders to vote NO on all issues that increase shares particularly for the Officers!! With the semi book/bill ratio starting to improve...I was hoping for a little improvement in CRUS but I have my doubts. Best of luck to all the longs....were gonna need it. VOTE NO on all issues and hold votes for all except TEO. Let's be heard!!!!!! Dave
