Bob, This story is a no brainer. I do not as a rule make ultra-strong comments but the story that is currently developing at PCPI doesn't take a genius to recognize. Yes, they are sitting on top of a giant mound of shares somewhat removed from the world, but the reality is that each new contract that they announce concentrates the fact that Harry Saal is running the show. I am coming to the conclusion that I would prefer to bet on talented administrators more than on anything else. Let the ignorant remain ignorant. I may be wrong but I see the day when this board will have so much momentum that it will become one of the premiere boards at SI. As always buyer beware. However, what more could you ask for in a penny stock? Regards Robert Williams
