It can be inferred 2Q will be the same and I missed it: edgar-online.com The warning came 6/27/98 . SGD's "family" lawsuit is on 7/13/98. Not worthy of a trial , but its uncertainty (continuances) affects SGD's share price. Posturing. ............................ Delaying the meritless Family lawsuit beyond 7/13/98 is a good plaintiff strategy to pressure defendant SGD who is also a defendant in a likewise meritless "trademark" suit in September in CT .
