Well, this we can agree on. I don't think it is location more than an obvious bloated valuation. It really should not be that difficult to sell this property if handled properly. I don't know what the commercial market is right now but here in Silicon Valley, on the residential side, there is absolutely no doubt that it is a seller's market. This site would make a great satellite engineering office for a company such as Cisco or Sun and I am surprised they haven't jumped on it.
