Barron's was none to kind on the merger and unfortunately their position makes a lot of sense. It is going to take some tall dollars to upgrade the TCI systems before any earnings start to show. It could be a couple of years until we see actual earnings from this deal. I don't know about you, but I'm waiting to see what announcements are made regarding acquisition charges. This is only my opinion. Good luck to all.
