Those Nasdaq rules for listing? I first have to say I never have traded Nasdaq and someone told me a long time ago to avoid it and the BB's.It is my understanding that a company has to trade over 1.00US to maintain its listing. Is this true? And what grace period do they have or is it a running average at 1.00US?
My case I am thinking of is HPC or HYAL on the Nasdaq. Hyall pharmaceutical. They are back up over 1.00 canadian but below 1.00 US? Any info appreciated here Savant
