If the complex were priced at $1MM, it would be sold in a minute (in fact, I would buy it myself! - it has a nice swimming pool, and turn it into condos). At its > $100MM price tag, it will be sitting there for a long time. Many technology companies have learned that they should not own assets (and tie up cash) for something like a building.

It really is pretty isolated from Cisco or Sun. I don't see why Cisco or Sun would spend $100MM.

For a satellite office, you could just rent reasonable space at a reasonable price, say 10,000 sq. ft, not whatever this monster is, like 500,000 sq. ft or something ( i forget - anyone remember?)
