rdww Things look very black from your perspective. Some people might view things differently. I guess it may be a case of different opinions, and that is what makes some people buy, while at the same time some people sell. I see things a bit differently. I see significant changes coming, not just because MGR wants them, but because all participants want them. If I were to increase equity in an operation, I would prefer to do so at a low price. If I were to obtain a new partner, I would hope that they get in at a good price. We're talking about what motivates people, what gives them incentive to do something when others might want to quit. They have to see the upside, and the upside has to look really good. To paraphrase Churchill, any idiot can see the down-side. (no slight intended). Dave
