Captain, It depends on the specifics of such a situation. If a doctor prescribes Viagra to a patient that is on nitro without asking first he would be liable as he is ignoring specific label warnings. Doctors can only be held liable if they practice medicine that deviates from standard norms but that doesn't mean that they still don't get sued anyway.
