Yes, glory is such a fleeting thing, isn't it. The whole Hot Subject thing is just like a heavily-promoted stock - it rockets up and has its little moment in the sun, and then gravity reasserts itself and it comes back down. With luck, the descent can be controlled into a smooth glide, but only with a lot of cooperation.

I wonder how many letters we'll have in the ticker on our header this week?
Not that it matters all that much, I just like to keep up with the trends of these things.
