I can tell you from personal experience, any partial orders goes to the back of the queue. I'm not sure if this is an ISLD matter or a Datek matter, but it does happen. Next time load up Gritch when you're ready to order and rig your order for 1001 shares. If only the initial 1000 is filled, see where the 1 will ends up. Assuming there are other orders at the same price, I'm pretty sure it'll end up behind the rest of the pack.
