Danimal or anyone... got a question, hopefully not too stupid. I know that the requirement to get listed on NASDAQ begins with the company being above $4.0 for thirty days. What happens when they do this and file, and then the price dips below 4.0 again? Once the process is begun, does it continue? TIA Sloth
