Everyone I have spoken to who
knew him said only good things about him - he was highly talented, a hard worker
(always first in in the morning and last out at night), he was a visionary, a motivator
and an inspiration to his people.

Interesting. If you knew all these good things about him, how come you
never mentioned these when he first joined BORL, but only when he
left? Do you know any great things about new guy?
