Gottfried, could you comment on the significance of IOM acquiring Nomai; specifically on the acquired R&D and will Nomai manufacture the disks for the European market now? I had a feeling last week that there would be an announcement as someone was accumulating the stock @ 5.5 The amt they spent on the acquisition is probably what they would save on legal fees (a wash). SR
