Janice, either you missed the point or you are fronting for MMs. Dave's missive covers the idea of maintaining a level playing field for all. There is no entreaty to disallow one investment or trading technique from another. His intent is to prevent MM's from exercising questionable (and possibly illegal) trading practices. Since when has market manipulation ever been legal?
