At first blush, this is an outright steal assuming that LSI is able to retain most of the business. LSI paid $760 million for $620 million in sales or a ratio of 1.2 price to sales ratio. By comparison LSI, which is considered deeply undervalued is selling a little over a 2:1 price to sales ratio.
