Listen folks, I don't know Bender could care less about any feud that he and Gary have. Dusty is an honest person an like many of us wants the answers and is searching for the truth. Dusty,Bender will not find the truth talking to Fisher, Grant it they may find shades of truth sprinkled in between half truths and many lies, but really that about it. Truth: Fisher told me all past claims were lies and distorations of the truth and had been cleared by the 4 page opinion.
Truth: Fisher told me we had a contract with LUKOIL.
Truth: Fisher told me hang on this stock is going to $6.00 don't sell.
Truth: Fisher told me We have the following Getty oil, Arco, just waiting to put it out.
Fisher loves to talk and talk and talk, That's what he does and does well! SO WELL IN FACT THAT HE HAS THE SEC INVESTAGATING HIM.
This is a fact as I have talked to them.
Secondly I have talked to everyone at Arcon, that would talk to me John never told me of inpending deals or anything that would not be in a release. Beene would not nor would Roger.
Just McAndrew and Fisher talk talk talk and talk some more.
They talked alot to Gary, more than anyone I would think because he called all the time.
Gary just like all of us, would probe and hope to get answers sometimes it would work and sometimes it wouldn't!
Bottom line IF Gary did something wrong had secret deals or anything such as I have been reading about between the lines here, He too will be part of the investigation. He knows that! One thing I learned long ago from talking endlessly on the phone with Gary is that this Man is NO DUMMY AND HAS MY RESPECT!
Gary, I would ask you to remember that many of us lost money, great and small and we all want answers. I do not trust this company and thats the long and short of it, and I would guess that very few here do or will. Remember too that all the stuff that Fisher told you, you brought to these threads and your "E" mail so we all feel mislead and you were the messenger of that info.
Can we trust you? I have say, If I could not, it would really shake my belief in human nature.
Dusty is a very bright woman/person and has always trusted you and believed you at your word, let her do what she must to find answers
we will all be richer for it.
