Looks like a straight forward 10K with some attention to July 1 factor. No surprises that I saw on first reading.

In the WSJ today there is an article::::Medicare Changes Stalled by Computer Problem s

It appears that maybe the Y2K issue has delayed the Medicare agency from supplying the proper information to the respective parties, concerning the new rules that will be implemented on July 1. It states..."revamped Medicare booklets, containing information about new health plans allowed under the budget law, will be sent to beneficiares in only five states this fall. Other states won't get the booklet until the fall of 1999."
