I would say that you are not entirely incorrect however, every big company started small and it is not easy to start and grow a company.
The people who are successful deserve all of the rewards they reap.

In speaking with the Company, regarding Bill Novodor's employment as Maingate's president. Mr. Ebeling told me that Tridon was not officially notified until October 23, 1996 that Mr. Novodor was asked by Maingate's directors to tender his resignation and that he had done so. So if you knew before Tridon knew, you no doubt got it from Novodor himself in violation of the confidentially agreement that he agreed to. Shame on Mr. Novodor.
Tridon's press release on November 12 was surely timely since it took a few days for them to sort out the details and another few days for the lawyers to approve the release. Seems reasonable to me.
The Company says that the Press Release is correct in every detail (read it). Mr. Ebeling says that all information contained in published Press Releases related to the Maingate transaction that Tridon relied on signed documents presented by Maingate over the signature of Bill Novodor, President. The releases were correct as perceived by Tridon and published in good faith. Looks like the truth is already out there for all to see. Seems that Mr. Novodor is the real villain here and the suits should be directed to him. Being asked for your resignation in a company is tantamount to being fired and one does not get fired for doing things right especially with an acquisition at hand. I am not sparring with you Alice, I'm on a mission to stop you and Rocky from hurting this and any other company where I finds your dirty hands. Ask Rocky about why he got fired at Cyber in LV. Seem's he and his associates almost sunk the venture and burned up $600,000 with no results to show in just a few months. I called there and they said they didn't want to hear his name, ever. Rocky sure plays fast and loose with other peoples money. Has Rocky duped you ? Like he apparently duped, Chartwell, Tridon, Cyber, Mustang, Global and Clean Express. Have you actually taken him at his word and then become his mouthpiece ?
Look Rocky is a pro, Weeks is a pro, Scott Sieger is a pro. Scott, the Wilson Davis (Salt Lake City) actually E mailed and stated that " I will take what I can get from this one (TEIM)". In checking with a reliable source in Salt Lake on the reputation of Wilson Davis, I have been told that the firm is a notorious short player with little regard for the rules. Put two and two together and you have Rocky, the pirate, Weeks, the promoter, Scott, the trader, and you, the cheerleading naysayer who can play the net. Put 2 and 2 together and it smells of manipulation. Your in it, even if you are unawares. Get out now with what reputation you have left. They have forgotten all about you on the DACQ board and the most of the investors lost.
Jack Savage, Princeton Research, Inc. was on the West Coast in meetings with Mr. Ebeling and others and would be back in his Florida office tomorrow. It obvious you have not spoken with Mr. Savage.
Martin Beigle, Martin Beigle and Associates, when I spoke to him has the highest regard for Mr. Ebeling and had accomplished his assignment for Tridon to everyone's satisfaction. Its obvious that you have not spoken with Mr. Beigle.
The people deceiving investors and potential investors are you and your crew. That is why I will take whatever time it takes to post the real facts and discredit you, count on it.
Tridon related to me that it signed a joint venture agreement with BHF on September 25, 1996 a production agreement was signed with Ron Jacobs and Jeff Albert to produce Charles et Lucie (Tridon's property) on November 11, 1996. All projects are moving forward. The BHF executives, Jeff Albert is not one, are busy people but they have agreed to designate one from among themselves to speak with any verifiable shareholder of record about their business relationship with Tridon. I have not seen any of the documents related to these dealings but I must assume that they exist as represented.
These are the facts.

PS. Mr. Ebeling has just faxed me a letter that he received from Jeff Albert, Producer, who has given his permission in writing to publish.
I'll paraphrase it for you:
He received the TEIM Special Report (Newsletter Goldee refers to) of 11-24-96. That a joint venture was entered into between Tridon and Jeff Albert and Ron Jacobs, Producers, to produce Charles et Lucie and the J-V Agreement was signed on 11-11-96.
He received today a copy of GoldeeB's post wherein she published out of context remarks from a private conversation and that he was "deeply surprised" at the publication without his knowledge or consent. He verifies having a conversation with a "woman from Northern California" this morning.
He has referred the matter to the attorney for the Joint Venture for review and whatever remedy that is recommended.
Tridon has the right to publish his statement.
