Bill, You're very welcome. I watched a couple of them before getting involved in my first and you may want to do the same. It was hard to take that first step because I (like most others) get into a certain comfort zone (even when we're getting burned) withe the traditional way of investing (buy the public stock, get the confirmation, etc.) I am now more comfortable with the private/reverse strategy. As with anything creative, though, you have to be extra careful to avoid potential abuses. But, in general, I'm more comfortable with this approach than simply throwing money at a OTC:BB stock because I can get better information (And information is King!!!) Clo
