Riley: That is what DD is. You check things out. Now you are saying that the huge merger was called off because somebody asked about them? Because someone did something other than listen to Steve Cayou, Raabe or you? Investing requires that you inspect the companies involved and don't merely rely on company releases about conceptual mergers and conceptual businesses. Does this mean if someone looks again they cannot merge? Can they only merge in the dark? Thanks, but I believe most people would rather know the truth and if the "concepts" can't stand the light of day maybe peoples money should not be blindly thrown to those that market such "concepts".
