Does anyone know the plant capabilities of Symbios? If they remain with Hyundai, then this would be an positive for filling up the new plant, which of course will grow in modular increments regardless of this acquisition.

This also makes LSI a far more attractive takeover candidate at a "reasonable price"--almost obviating the chance of a low ball takedown.

Finally, this also goes a long way to achieving the magic three billion dollar mark, which is a figure that has been bandied about as needed for remaining independent.

Perhaps GP or Tony Viola can give some input on the product mix.
