I had the exact same question....also, if Nova Gaz has the patent rights, why was it intimated in the last news release that they could not transfer those rights? Also, how is it that John Spriggs is negotiating with MIDL (as GA BARD stated in previous posts) for DF-144, if Nova Gaz has the rights? Is John somehow affiliated with Nova Gaz? This is just one more layer of confusion...IMO Vinnie
