Remember Greg that while ABMI is small in terms of market cap that's not true at all of the product portfolio or the patents ABMI has already received. The broad array of products that American BioMed has in R&D as well as those they are already selling makes it an attractive buyout no matter what JNJ does. I am attempting to get a further line on where JNJ is actually headed, but it might take a while, and even then we cannot know for certain. I do not think AVEI would be a willing candidate for JNJ. So In the meantime do not forget JNJ, BSX, and even AVEI itself have all either made multiple acquisitions in this market area or at least continue to say they are looking.

Regards, Jeff
