That's what I'm talking about. They say Nintendo doesn't want to partner with ARTx or nVidia because they are stuck in lawsuits with SGI. Take out PVR because they are working with Sega and there is one real contender left.

In one of those interviews I read this weekend, (I think it was the real player tour of TDFX), the host said he saw a console like device in one of the rooms but couldn't really get close to it.

Could it be?

TDFX is really the only company that can get Nintendo a chip in time for Dec 1999.

EDIT- Now that I think about it, TDFX would be a very good acquisition for Nintendo. 300 million for this technology? In a heartbeat.
