The Mining Business Digest has a story about Golden Eagle. " another one in trouble is Golden Eagle Intl. Inc. out of Denver. The SEC halted trading while claims of proven + inferred resources of 164 MM ozs gold on a property in Cangali, Bolivia are clarified. The discovery was announced just a few weeks after the SEC filed stock fraud charges against the company. Golden Eagle investors, and we use the term loosely here, are simply lottery players."
