Bruce: As for the value of Westfort, I did my own calcs and decided that the shares are worth $30-$45 each on proven reserves (depending how you discount the oil & gas). I typically discount by 40 to 50 percent because if another company was looking to take-over WT, that's how they would value the assets. I too have done my DD on this one. These guys run the company exactly as I would. They are cheap. There is nothing extravagant about the operation yet the facilities are clean, presentable and operating. I know other small producers, who while they currently have 3 or 4x WT's production, they have a fraction of reserves and are trading in the $5-$7 range. WT is a keeper (for now). In fact, today would be a good day to buy more. Regards, AL.
